We are Simon Gillespie Associates, a RIBA Chartered Architect with a portfolio of over 1000 completed projects, including 126 heritage projects and 28 projects within the conservation areas in Preston.
We are based in Preston Lancashire with projects from Kent to the Scottish Borders.
About Us
We were established in 1986 and operate from offices in Preston. Any architect must be totally committed to quality across the whole project with no blind spots, and quality needs reinforcing with imagination and technology. Any successful design relies totally on successful collaboration with the client, their team, their ideas, and their expertise.
We need to discover, exploit, enhance, and deliver these ideas.
Again, creativity and ingenuity should be “given,” like quality and an eye for detail.
Every project has a myriad of challenges and technical issues; many of them are unique to that building. We have the skills to know where the possible problems are and how to resolve them.
We are also an ACA-registered principal designer.
